Cultural Awareness & Safety
Kwabo Events supports organisations to build culturally safe, inclusive and equitable environments through training,
advisory services, organisational reviews and workforce development initiatives. Drawing on lived experience,
community engagement expertise and creative sector knowledge, we help organisations strengthen their practices,
policies and relationships with diverse communities.
Where specialised expertise is required, we collaborate with trusted cultural safety practitioners and consultants,
including Stage a Change, to deliver cultural audits, organisational assessments and tailored strategies that support
meaningful and sustainable change.
