KWABO EVENTS

Building Cultural Safety, Creative Futures & BIPOC Leadership Through Arts, Education and Community

Kwabo acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung of the Eastern Kulin Nations as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and create. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise their thousands of generations of storytelling, cultural practice and community leadership. Sovereignty was never ceded and this always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land

Kwabo Events is a BIPOC-led creative and cultural organisation working in arts, education, cultural safety, community engagement and workforce development. Our work connects creativity with equity, wellbeing and systems change. We support organisations to engage communities authentically and create sustainable opportunities for BIPOC artists, arts workers and cultural leaders.
